1. Return & Exchange Period

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are not available. Only product exchange is allowed.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Exchanges are accepted only for:

Damaged product

Wrong item delivered

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Products used, worn, or damaged after delivery

Change of mind or size issues after use

Sale or discounted items (if any)

Falenzo will review your request and approve the exchange.

Once approved, the exchange product will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

5. Shipping for Exchange

Customers are responsible for return shipping if applicable.

Falenzo will cover the shipping cost for the replacement product.
